End User Licence Agreement
This End User Licence Agreement sets out how the VQPro software may be installed, used, copied, and protected.
1. Licence grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use VQPro for lawful personal or business security purposes.
2. Restrictions
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, repackage, bypass licence checks, remove notices, or use VQPro to assist unlawful activity, except to the extent permitted by law.
3. Installation and folder integrity
VQPro must remain inside its extracted VQPro folder with its supporting files. Moving the EXE alone may break launch, shortcut behaviour, vault paths, or support files. Desktop access must be created only by shortcut, not by moving the application.
4. Correct shortcut method
The approved shortcut method is: right-click VQPro.exe with the VQPro logo/icon, select Show more options, then select Send to → Desktop (create shortcut). Do not drag VQPro.exe to the desktop by itself.
5. Zero-knowledge responsibility
VQPro does not hold your master password and cannot recover it. You are responsible for recording and protecting your master password, recovery material, backups, and any vault access credentials.
6. No cloud backup by VQPro
VQPro does not keep cloud copies, server copies, password backups, recovery backups, or customer vault backups. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important vault data. Security software can reduce risk, but it does not replace a disciplined backup process.
7. No sensitive support disclosure
Do not send us your master password, recovery phrase, seed phrase, private keys, wallet contents, vault contents, decrypted files, or sensitive private documents. Support cannot recover or inspect your vault.
8. Updates
We may provide updates, fixes, documentation changes, or security notices. Important update notices may be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
9. Ownership
All intellectual property in VQPro, including software, visual design, branding, documentation, website material, and related assets, remains owned by the rights holder. No ownership transfer occurs through purchase.
10. Termination
This licence may terminate if you materially breach this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete unauthorised copies.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
