Refund Policy

This policy explains refund handling for VQPro digital software purchases in Australia.

Last updated: 1 July 2026 · Contact: admin@viperqpro.com
This policy does not remove any rights customers have under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Digital product delivery

VQPro is delivered digitally after payment verification. Once the download has been made available, change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

2. When a refund or remedy may be available

If the software has a problem that is covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy. Depending on the situation, that may include help to resolve the problem, replacement access, repair/update, refund, or another remedy required by law.

3. Major and minor problems

For a major problem covered by consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to reject the product and choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may first provide support, repair, update, replacement access, or another reasonable remedy.

4. Issues that are usually not refundable by themselves

5. Installation support first

Most launch problems are caused by Windows extraction, shortcut creation, SmartScreen prompts, 32-bit Windows, running from inside the ZIP, or moving the EXE out of its folder. Contact support before requesting a refund so we can check the issue properly.

6. How to request a review

Email admin@viperqpro.com with your purchase email, Windows version, VQPro version, screenshots if helpful, and a clear description of the problem. Do not send passwords, seed phrases, private keys, wallet contents, vault contents, or sensitive private files.

7. Payment provider processing

Refunds, where approved or required by law, may need to be processed through the payment provider that handled the purchase. VQPro does not store full payment credentials, card numbers, CVV, bank details, or wallet payment details.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under Australian Consumer Law.
