Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this website, purchasing VQPro, downloading the software, or using support materials, you agree to these Terms and the End User Licence Agreement.

2. Product requirements

VQPro is supplied for 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for confirming that their system meets the stated requirements before installation.

3. Purchase and download

After payment verification, the download page provides access to VQPro_Setup.zip. Customers must extract the ZIP before use. The correct launch method is: extract the package, open the VQPro folder, then double-click VQPro.exe with the VQPro logo/icon.

4. Correct execution and customer responsibility

• Do not run VQPro from inside the ZIP preview.
• Do not move VQPro.exe out of its extracted VQPro folder.
• Do not drag or copy VQPro.exe to the desktop by itself.
• Create desktop shortcuts only by right-clicking VQPro.exe and selecting Show more options → Send to → Desktop (create shortcut).
• Keep your master password safe. VQPro is zero-knowledge and there is no password recovery.
• Maintain your own backups of important vault data. VQPro does not keep customer vault backups.

5. No vault access by us

VQPro does not give us access to your vault contents, master password, recovery phrase, seed phrases, private keys, wallet contents, or decrypted files. Support cannot unlock, recover, inspect, or restore your vault.

6. Lawful use

You must use VQPro only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the files you store, your compliance obligations, and the security of your Windows device, password, backups, and access credentials.

7. Support

Support is provided by email at admin@viperqpro.com. Include your purchase email, Windows version, VQPro version, and clear screenshots where helpful. Do not send passwords, seed phrases, private keys, wallet contents, vault contents, or sensitive private files to support.

8. Updates and notices

We may use the email address you provide to send important product updates, installation guidance, security notices, support responses, or account/download notices. VQPro itself does not require cloud sync or app telemetry to operate.

9. Third-party services

Payment processing, website hosting, and email delivery may be provided by third-party services. VQPro does not store full payment credentials, card numbers, CVV, bank details, or wallet payment details. Third-party providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices to the services they provide.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VQPro is supplied without liability for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, lost passwords, failure to back up, malware, unsupported systems, or moving the application out of its required folder. This does not limit rights that cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms when the website, product, payment flow, support process, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this website.
