This policy is written to match the way VQPro is designed and operated: minimal collection, no vault access, no stored payment details, no telemetry, and no cloud backup of customer vaults.

1. Who we are

VIPER Q PRO is a Windows vault software product operated under ABN 73 408 289 217. For privacy requests, contact admin@viperqpro.com.

2. Information we collect

We intentionally keep collection to the minimum needed to provide the product and support.

Support information is collected only when you choose to send it to us. Do not send your master password, recovery phrase, seed phrase, private keys, vault files, wallet contents, or sensitive personal documents to support.

3. Information we do not collect

4. Payments

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. VQPro does not store card numbers, CVV, bank details, wallet details, or payment credentials. Any payment information required to process a transaction is handled by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may use the email address connected with a purchase to provide access to the download, assist with support, and send important product, security, or update notices.

5. Website hosting and external providers

The website and payment flow may rely on external hosting, payment, and email providers. Those providers may process technical or transaction information inside their own systems to deliver their service, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with law. VQPro does not operate tracking analytics for customer profiling and does not sell personal information.

6. How we use the limited information we collect

7. Zero-knowledge and no recovery

VQPro is designed as a zero-knowledge, offline-first vault. We do not receive, store, or control your vault contents, master password, recovery phrase, private keys, seed phrases, or decrypted data. If you lose your master password or delete your only vault copy, we cannot recover it.

8. Customer backups

We do not keep backups of customer vaults. You are responsible for creating and protecting your own backups of important vault data. Backups should remain encrypted, offline where practical, and physically secured.

9. Access, correction, and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the email/support information we hold about you by emailing support. If you believe your privacy has been mishandled, contact us first so we can review and respond.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy if the website, product, payment provider, support process, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this website.
